As #13 of 20 improvements for our 20th Anniversary season, Casa Cupula announces the appointment of Luis Antonio Gallegos as Food and Beverage Manager. 

Luis was born in Mexico City playing soccer and in musical & dance groups. 
 
“Since I was a child I was encouraged to be a leader who always takes care of his social, family, and work environment, as well as always serving the people around me,” said Luis. 

Luis comes highly qualified.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality in Business Administration from UVM Lomas Verdes, México City. He was Food and Beverage Assistant Manager at Courtyard by Marriott CDMX, F&B Assistant Manager at Westin Resort & Spa Puerto Vallarta, Restaurant Manager at Gaviotas at Sheraton Buganvilias, Restaurant Manager at Blanca Blue at Garza Blanca.
